PhoneBooking is a fully automatic and highly flexible telephone service through which the customer can book tickets and/or obtain information about cinema programmes and film titles.

The system supports hardware capable of handling heavy traffic. One of our largest customer, for example, has a system that can handle 60 bookings simultaneously.
